Bond Programme
The KTH Domestic Medium Term Note (“DMTN”) programme was established in 2012. Notes are issued via Kagiso Sizanani Capital (“KSC”) and are listed on the JSE's interest rate market.
Three notes raising R1,65 billion have been issued to various local financial institutions. The notes are listed on the JSE's interest rate market and are guaranteed by KTH.
- The merger of Kagiso Trust Investments and Tiso Group to form Kagiso Tiso Holdings was formally concluded on 1 July 2011.
- The KTI Bond Program was restated and amended following the merger. The changes include an increase in the program size to R2billion and a change in the guarantor from KTI to KTH.
